*Due to hygienic reasons, we have a strict NO RETURN policy. All earrings are FINAL SALE.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues with the earrings, we will either replace with the same earring or supply a store credit if the earring is no longer in stock.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, you must send documentation (photos and written description) of the earring(s) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Email must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Anything over that time is not eligible for exchange or credit.
